SmartSilver™ certified coatings, paints and plastics made with NanoHorizons’ silver-based additives provide permanent, safe and cost effective protection against a wide range of mold and bacteria. Our flexible, proprietary delivery methods allow silver to be included in aqueous and polar organic solvent-based coatings, powder coatings and injection molded plastics. Additives do not impact the mechanical or flame resistant properties of plastics or coatings and are stable against UV light and high temperatures.

SmartSilver is available in formulas for masterbatch, dye bath, or coatings applications.
